Enchanted Lotus Dappen Dish w/ Lid - Crystal Lotus

The Enchanted Lotus Dappen Dish w/Lid is a beautiful lotus shaped glass vessel for small amounts of acetone and Acetone Antidote. These can also be used for nail charms, burnishing powder, and other small items. I personally like using mine with a small bit of acetone and Acetone Antidote for clean up around my nail art manis. By keeping product separate from my acetone pump I'm able to keep the pump much cleaner. In the past I've also had issues with bumping my acetone pump causing spills. I've found that the Enchanted Lotus Dappen Dish remedies that issue because of the low and sturdy profile.

This pairs well with the new Baroness X Acetone Antidote Dropper Bottles, and (my favorite) Unicorn Horn Clean Up Brushes. The Enchanted Lotus Dappen Dish w/Lid is currently on sale for $15.00 (normally $16.75).

Acetone Antidote Dropper Bottle

Acetone Antidote Dropper Bottles make this additive a breeze! You can add a custom amount of additive to whatever vessel you are using for acetone. Pictured above and below you can see the difference between a .5oz bottle and a 1oz bottle. Both sizes are available on the website and come with a dropper top. I didn't have the true .5oz dropper bottle to show, but the standard Acetone Antidote .5oz size uses the same bottle.

As previously mentioned, the new Acetone Antidote Dropper Bottles work quite well with the Enchanted Lotus Dappen Dish. I like that the droppers allow me to add a small, controlled amount of Acetone Antidote to my dish as needed.

My Acetone Antidote Dropper Bottle is scented with Fresh Coconut & Watermelon (compare to Hempz) and it is delightful! I haven't smelled the original, but this is a bright, fun summer scent. The scent is described as watermelon and cantaloupe with a touch of calming cucumber water.

Acetone Antidote Dropper Bottles are available in custom scents in both the .5oz and the 1oz size. They currently run $4.95 and $8.40 respectively.

Dual Tip Silicone Nail Art Tool

The Dual Tip Silicone Nail Art Tool has been in the Baroness X shop for a little while now, but I haven't heard a lot about it. I'm not entirely sure why because I personally find it to be an invaluable tool for spreading out fluid art decals. I use the pointy tip to "stir" the colors to create a little more of a mix, and then I flip to the flat side to help tease out the decal. By doing this I am able to keep the decals relatively thin. This helps minimize the amount of polish needed for a mani and makes the decal easier to work with.

The website notes that this should only be cleaned up with tape, not acetone. I usually just wipe mine off on a paper towel while the polish is still wet.

Dual Tip Silicone Nail Art Tools currently retail for $3.50.

Rectangle Silicone Mat for Fluid Art

The Rectangle Silicone Mat for Fluid Art sits at a nice 6" by 8". This makes them small enough for most desks and work spaces. They work great for fluid art, other nail art, and just protecting your workspace in general. I found this to be most useful for estimating how many fluid art decals I needed to complete a mani. I currently do not have photos of decals on this mat because I forgot to take photos before I applied them to my nails. I promise I'll have photos in an upcoming post!

I highly recommend picking up this mat even if you aren't someone who does nail art. These do a wonderful job of protecting tables, and you can easily roll them up for compact storage.

The Rectangle Silicone Mat for Fluid Art is currently on sale for $6 (regularly $8).

Round Silicone Mat for Fluid Art

Finally we have the Round Silicone Mats for Fluid Art. These are approximately 3.75" making them easy to hold and manipulate for fluid art. I used mine to test out some color combinations and techniques before discovering that one of the colors I had chosen wasn't going to work out due to the consistency. These are great for creating larger decals because they are easy to hold and move around. I like having all three of these round mats because you can work on one decal at a time without accidentally changing previous decals.

The Round Silicone Mats for Fluid Art currently retail for $3 each.

All items featured in today's post are currently available in the Baroness X shop except for Peach for the Stars. Baroness X Peach for the Stars will be launching on Sunday, September 5th at noon pacific.
