I don't know about you, but I am just loving all of the spring releases this year! I've been watching brands step away from the normal spring colors to deliver curious and fun new shades that are lovely year round. While I do enjoy enjoy seasonal norms, I don't think we should be expected to adhere to them year after year. Rogue Lacquer has a brand new spring collection that just launched and it's excellent! Rogue Lacquer Adventure Awaits: Isle of Wight has some very wearable spring colors but it doesn't scream spring, which I totally love!
Prawn Cocktail
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Pink leaning coral with red to gold shifting shimmer and soft linear holo
Coverage: 2 coats
Price: $11 ea or $40 for the set of 4
Notes: Prawn Cocktail really shines the most in low lighting. That's when the gold shimmer is most prevalent.
Alum Bay
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Sandy holo base with copper, red, bronze, and silver ucc flakies
Coverage: 3 coats
Price: $11 ea or $40 for the set of 4
Notes: Alum Bay has a really pretty flakie color shift in lower lighting. This is a very wearable neutral shade (as far as flakies go).
Carisbrooke Castle
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Gray crelly with micro silver flecks and green to copper ucc flakies
Coverage: 3 coats
Price: $11 ea or $40 for the set of 4
Notes: Carisbrooke Castle is a gray polish lovers dream. This hits on my love of gray and my obsession with green polish.
Shanklin Chine
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Spearmint holo with strong red to green aurora shimmer and micro holo sparkle
Coverage: 3 coats
Price: $11 ea or $40 for the set of 4
Notes: That green glow in Shanklin Chine is what I live for! This one has such a pretty color shift!
