Welcome back! It's Polish Pickup week and I have four more upcoming shades to share with you this week. First up is Top Shelf Lacquer The Blue Window. This was inspired by the Matisse painting by the same name.
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Dark blue base with holo shimmer and pigment that shifts from purple to green to yellow to orange
Coverage: 3 coats
Price: $13
Notes: The Blue Window is so shifty and fun! I really recommend picking this one up if you enjoy purple. There is no cap planned for this color.
