As promised I'm back with more Polish Pickup colors! Today we're going to check out Starlight and Sparkles Truly Outrageous for the May Polish Pickup. This color was inspired by Jem the TV show.
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: pink tinted topper with iridescent aurora flakes, holographic flakes and micro flakes, and pink micro flakes and shimmer
Coverage: 1 coat over black
Price: $13.50
Notes: This was inspired by the TV show Jem. There is a 230 bottle cap for the US and a 20 bottle cap for the UK.
