We're just a week out from the September Polish Pickup which means it's time to see what's new! Today I have colors from Moon Shine Mani, Rogue Lacquer, Scofflaw Nail Varnish, and Top Shelf Lacquer to share with you all. It turned out to be a surprisingly "blue" month, but I'm not mad about it.
Moon Shine Mani - Rise of Azshara
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Soft steel blue filled with teal/navy/violet and red/bronze/copper multichrome flakes, fiery red/gold/green chameleon flakies, and green to blue shifty shimmer
Coverage: 2 coats
Price: $12
Notes: There is no cap on this color
Rogue Lacquer - Pixie Dust
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Light and creamy base packed with magical indigo color shifting shimmers and gold to green color shifting flakes
Coverage: 3 coats, or one coat over a base color
Price: $12.50
Notes: There is a 300 bottle cap on this color
Scofflaw Nail Varnish - Mercury Was In F***ing Retrograde
Formula: Nice consistency, needs thicker top coat to smooth out glitter
Finish: Deep purple jelly base, with shifting blue-purple shimmer, and glitters of aquamarine, coppers, and black
Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: There is no cap on this color
Top Shelf Lacquer - Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Medium neon blue base packed with aurora pigment and flakes and is simply a gorgeous glowing blue
Coverage: 3 coats

Notes: There is no cap on this color
