I'm back with another great Moon Shine Mani color to share with you all today. This time it's a new release for the February 2020 Polished Gamers Box. This month's theme is Fallout, so Phoebe created a polish inspired by Vault Boy.
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: white crelly with a mix of crystal, holo and metallic blue glitters and bright yellow matte glitters
Coverage: 3 coats
