Moon Shine Mani has a fun new series releasing soon. It's called the MSM Comeback and will feature 2.0 versions of previously released colors. The first installment is You Can't Hurry Love 2.0. This is a new version of the color that was previously released in the February 2018 Supremely Spring Collection.
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: cornflower blue crelly with electric blue sparks and red/gold/green iridescent flakies
