I am so dang excited to announce that Zoya finally made neons! I feel like those of us who have been Zoya fans for years have been wishing for a neon collection forever. These are marketed as being matte neons, so I opted to showcase the whole collection without a top coat. Just a quick note before we get into swatches, if you choose to wear these matte you will experience a longer drying time.

Formula: Nice consistency

Finish: vivid violet neon with a matte finish

Coverage: 2 coats

Notes: I want to note that Banks appeared to be full coverage with two coats of polish. It looked great while photographing under my lights but appeared significantly splotchy in the photos. It's not noticeable in person, but if you are at all concerned a third coat of polish would be enough to smooth it all out.
