3D Valentine's Day Hearts featuring Native War Paints & Born Pretty Store
Tuesday, February 07, 20173D Valentine's Day Hearts featuring Native War Paints & Born Pretty Store- Press sample
Hey guys! It's time for another #Clairestelle8feb challenge prompt. I'm going to kick this challenge prompt off with a swatch of Native War Paints Cable Knit Sweater before we dive into the nail art. Just a little heads up, I did purchase the NWP shade. The only press sample in this post is the Born Pretty stamping plate featured below.

Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Dark gray with gold shimmer
Coverage: 2 coats
Notes: I found this shade to be less blue leaning than the store listings. It's a pretty shade through and through.
3D Valentine's Day Hearts
Today's prompt is "hearts" which could go a number of different directions. With such a simple prompt I thought I would use this time to practice my double stamping technique. The heart shape isn't terribly complex, which is why I thought it would make great practice.
Overall I think this was a successful attempt at double stamping. I feel like I was actually able to achieve that 3D look that I was going for.
