Anddd we're back! This time it's with a bright, eye catching green from Moon Shine Mani. Today we're going to check out the exclusive Moon Shine Mani color for the Sparkle & Shine March 2020 box. The theme for March is Dr. Seuss, so Phoebe decided to pull her inspiration from Green Eggs and Ham.
