I'm honestly no make-up pro, but I wanted to share my thoughts on a couple new products on the market.
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Pro
Texture: Medium weight.
Coverage: Sheer
Notes: This turned out to be too yellow for my skintone. I personally found the coverage to be minimal at best.
NYC HD Waterproof Eyeliner
Pigmentation: My swatches show 3-4 layers of eyeliner over the foundation.
Waterproof: Not even slightly. I was able to wipe these off with a cotton square and water.
Notes: I wasn't at all impressed with any of the claims made by NYC on this product. They aren't HD, and they are nowhere near waterproof.
Conclusion
As someone who buys drugstore makeup almost exclusively, I wasn't at all impressed with these products.
