It's time for another round of the Polish Pickup! Today's post features Bohemian Polish Krampusnacht. This deep, enchanting shade and smoky wax pairing was inspired by the Krampusnacht tradition.
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Blackened burgundy filled with red shimmer, sparks, and flashes of holo
Coverage: 1 coat
Price: $12
Notes: This is my perfect red. It's dark, complex, and a one-coater.
Scent: Smoky, woodsy blend of cedar, birch, leather and musk. This is a nod to the original Slatkin Fireside
Cold Sniff: Smoky cedar seems to be the top note with hints of everything else
Throw: 4 out of 5. I could smell this everywhere but one bedroom
Warmer used: AmbiEscents Snowman - 25 watt lightbulb
Amount used: .35 oz
Price: $2.50
Notes: This isn't a scent I would pick for myself based on the scent description, but I really enjoyed it. It's a nice change of pace compared to my usual bakery/food/fruit picks.
