It's nearly time for another stunning Scofflaw Nail Varnish release! Rebel Rebel is the latest Scofflaw creation coming to her shop in just a few days. This latest Bowie inspired polish is guaranteed to knock your socks off!
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: A shimmery gunmetal foil-effect base with shifting highlights of blue and green, and packed with sparkles of purple, violet,a nd blue.
Coverage: 2 coats
Price: $12
Notes: My favorite part about this shade are the tiny flecks of color. They really give this gunmetal a lot of depth.
