Metallic Woodgrain Nail Art feat. Beauty Big Bang & Zoya - Press sample

I know we are deep in the midst of Valentine's themed nails but I'm just not feeling it right now so I thought I would do a nature themed mani instead. Today's look is a simple reboot on the much loved woodgrain nail art. Instead of using all browns which is typical of the look, I wanted to refresh it by adding a touch of contrast.

This look starts with a base of Zoya Fern. I used Essie Penny Talk and Beauty Big Bang plate BBBXL-038 for the stamping portion of the mani. I chose not to topcoat this look because I think the contrast between glossy Fern and matte Penny Talk creates a far more interesting look.
