Sally Hansen Pearl Crush Review- Press Sample

Sally Hansen's Pearl Crush collection features eight iridescent shades that will transform any creme into a shifty, magical color. I have three colors from the collection to share with you today.

Silver Scallop

Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Iridescent shift between purple and yellow
Coverage: Two coats over a white polish
Notes: I love this color so much! I wish it would have been opaque enough to wear alone, but I still think it looks great over white.

Mer-Mint

Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Blue pearlescence
Coverage: Two coats over a white polish
Notes: This one had a little more of a pink shift than what you see in the photos. It's fairly subtle in person.

Clam Digger

Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Black to purple to green multichrome
Coverage: Three coats with no base color
Notes: This was the only color that built up to full coverage on its own. Of the three, this one is my favorite by far!

The Sally Hansen Pearl Crush collection comes in eight different colors. They are currently available in limited quantities at Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens, Ulta, and Kmart for $5.99.

  1. I don't know how I feel about these. I think those pearl hexes are too big for my curvy nails and would stick up funny.

  2. I'm not too sure if I like these or not. Great swatches of them though.

  4. They actually aren't too bad. I have pretty curvy nails, and these were ok.
