My Wing Dust love continues with State of Dreaming. This is obviously an older swatch as my nails have changed and Oregon doesn't know what the sun looks like this time of year.

Finish: Deep blue holo with various shapes and sizes of blue and pink glitter
Coverage: 3 coats
Notes: This might be one of my favorite Wing Dust colors.

I'm so happy I finally jumped aboard the Wing Dust train! Her colors are incredibly unique compared to everything else on the market.
