Chirality Polish has teamed up with the Glamour Ghoul Box for the "The Truth Is Out There" themed box. Her contribution is this gorgeous polish called Plan 9, and it's exclusive to the February box. If the box theme didn't immediately draw recognition, it's part X-Files themed and part alien themed. Overall, I think this is going to be a solid one!
Formula: Nice consistency
Finish: Duochrome that shifts from darkened plum to rich emerald green and a touch of holo
Coverage: 2 coats
Notes: I almost dare say this is a multi chrome because in certain lighting it's more black than plum or emerald. It's quite pretty in all lighting situations.
