It's the final day of the Digit-al Dozen All That Glitters, so I wanted to post something that really blows that theme out of the water. When I think glitter, Painted Polish always comes into the discussion. From micro glitters to glitter toppers, Lexi always has something sparkly! I decided to use my favorite Painted Polish shade Seductress for this final look.
For this look I started by stamping each cupcake in black. Once the stamp fully dried on the stamper I filled in the details with assorted colors using a dotting tool. From there I built up two coats of Painted Polish Seductress.
Once my base was dry, I painted over it using a quick dry top coat and gently stamped over the top coat when it was nearly dry (think slightly tacky).
