Wax Wednesday feat. Baroness X, Candy Panda, and ScentSationals

It's time for another Wax Wednesday. Today's post features three recent brands I've been melting my way through. I'm still on kind of a fruity/sweet kick since we're in the middle of summer, so my most recent melts have been from Baroness X, Candy Panda, and ScentSationals.
Baroness X - Specktroliitista
Scent: Campfire on a cool beach
Cold sniff: Smoky with salty and clean notes
Throw: 2 out of 5. Could only smell it in one room and maybe the hallway
Warmer used: AmbiEscents Skull - 15 watt nightlight warmer
Amount used: 1/5 of 2oz shot

Notes: Getting a 2/5 throw with a nightlight warmer is great! This filled up the room with a nice, soothing scent. This was originally a limited edition scent, but it's now available through her website.
Baroness X - Calacazz
Scent: Lush Calacas dupe
Cold sniff: This is a perfect dupe of Lush Calacas. It's both sweet and fruity
Throw: 2 out of 5. Could only smell it in one room and maybe the hallway
Warmer used: AmbiEscents Skull - 15 watt nightlight warmer
Amount used: 1/5 of 2oz shot

Notes: As mentioned above, while a 2/5 isn't normally a great rating, it is when I'm referring to a nightlight warmer. This filled the room I was melting in and made it all the way down the hallway. It's a nice Lush dupe. Sorry for the half cut photo. I swore I took a photo of this when I first purchased it.
Candy Panda - Black Widow
Scent: Black cherry fizzy soda
Cold sniff: Kind of cough syrup-y cherry with fizz
Throw: 3 out of 5. Could smell in half of the house
Warmer used: AmbiEscents White Pumpkin - 25 watt light bulb
Amount used: .5oz

Notes: I really wanted to like this but it smells too much like cherry cough syrup instead of real cherries.
Candy Panda - Peached to Meet You
Scent: Fresh peach juice, and marshmalloween (toasted marshmallows)
Cold sniff: Sweet marshmallow with a strong peach scent
Throw: 2 out of 5. Could only smell it in one room and maybe the hallway
Warmer used: 20 watt wide dish hotplate
Amount used: .5oz
Price: $5 for 4, 1oz shots

Notes: The scent was nice but the throw left a lot to be desired.
Candy Panda - Wild For The Night
Scent: Ice cream scoop bread, and strawberry raspberry guava
Cold sniff: Sweet ice cream scoop bread with a medley of fruit
Throw: 2 out of 5. Could only smell it in one room and maybe the hallway
Warmer used: AmbiEscents White Pumpkin - 25 watt light bulb
Amount used: .5oz

Notes: The scent was ok, but I've been experiencing consistently poor throw with many Candy Panda scents. This may not be a good fit for my house.
ScentSationals - Rock Candy
Scent: No official description
Cold sniff: Sweet , sugary rock candy
Throw: 5 out of 5. Could smell throughout the house
Warmer used: Better Homes & Gardens Marina Art Glass - 25 watt light bulb
Amount used: 1 cube

Notes: This was one of my bargain bin finds at the wax outlet. I was willing to take a chance on a really ugly looking clam, and I'm glad I did. This filled my entire house (no exaggeration) and could be smelled well after the warmer was turned off.
