The Hydrating Hand & Body Serum and the Healing Hand & Body Cream can be used independently, but Zoya recommends using them together for the best results. I have personally been using them together for about a week and a half now. 

First, start off with a couple of sprays of Naked Manicure Hydrating Hand & Body Serum. You can obviously change the quantity used based on where you wish to apply this, but I find that 1-2 sprays is perfect for my hands. Once I spray the serum onto my hands I massage the product in until it's fully absorbed.

Once the serum is fully absorbed I follow up with the Naked Manicure Healing Hand & Body Cream. I personally find that less is more with this product. I generally use about a dime sized amount with each use. 

I haven't been using the Zoya Naked Manicure Hand and Body System long enough to make any claims, but my hands seem to be doing well with it. I generally have pretty sensitive hands, so I have to be super cautious about the products I use. Just a reminder, your mileage may vary. Just because my sensitive skin tolerates this, doesn't mean that your skin will. Always remember to patch test your products for a week before diving into full, regular use.
